Night visit to the sceptre

Saturday 18th May 2024 sees the return of the European Night of Museums, the initiative promoted by the French Ministry of Culture and sponsored by UNESCO, the Council of Europe and the International Council of Museums – Icom, which takes place at the same time throughout Europe with the aim of encouraging and promoting knowledge of national and European heritage and cultural identity.

The Historical Museum and Park of the Castle of Miramare is taking part in the initiative again this year by opening its doors to the public, from 7 to 10 p.m., at the symbolic price of one euro.
This is an unmissable opportunity to attend the prestigious concert in the Throne Room illuminated by the last lights of sunset and to admire Charlotte’s precious sceptre on display in the newly restored Oriental Drawing Room.
