On summer afternoons, near the Castelletto, the Historical Museum and Park of Miramare Castle will host the oldest and best-loved theatre in the world: the puppets!
In collaboration with Teatro Stabile del FVG Il Rossetti, for the first time the 2022 edition will host I Piccoli di Podrecca, the string puppets created in 1914 by Vittorio Podrecca from Cividale, who enchanted generations of adults and children.
The puppets will put on stage musical, surreal and entertaining performances inspired by 20th century culture in the shade of the majestic trees of Miramare Park, near the Castelletto.
At the end of each performance, expert puppeteers will let the audience experience the thrill and difficulty of animating Podrecca’s little creatures.
The show is directed by Barbara Della Polla with the collaboration of Ennio Guerrato. The puppeteers are Roberta Colacino, Gaia Mencagli, Giada Bigot, Sara Flego and Silvia Ponton.
The show will be in italian.
