Withdraw
consent

Dear user, you may request the withdrawal of one or more privacy consents from among those listed below by sending an email to the following address: mu-mira@cultura.gov.it and stating one or more of the options you wish to withdraw.

  • Withdrawal of consent to email communications
  • Withdrawal of consent to third-party marketing communications by email
  • Withdrawal of consent to profiling cookies (currently not used)
  • Withdrawal of consent to third-party marketing profiling cookies (currently not used)

How to disable cookies via browser settings

Chrome

    1. Open the Chrome Browser
    2. Click on the menu on the browser toolbar next to the URL input field for browsing
    3. Select Settings
    4. Click Show Advanced Settings
    5. In the “Privacy and Security” section, click “Content Settings” button
    6. In the “Cookies” section you can change the following cookie settings:
      – Allow data to be saved locally
      – Modify local data only until the browser is closed
      – Stop sites from setting cookies
      – Block third-party cookies and data from sites
      – Manage exceptions for some websites
      – Delete specific or all cookies

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox Browser
  2. Click on the menu on the browser toolbar next to the URL input field for browsing
  3. Select Options
  4. Select the Privacy panel
  5. Click Show Advanced Settings
  6. In the “Privacy and Security” section, click “Content Settings” button
  7. You can change the following cookie settings in the “Tracking” section:
    – Require sites not to do tracking
    – Notify sites of the permission to be tracked
    – Do not communicate any preference regarding personal data tracking
  8. From the “History” section, you can:
    – By enabling “Use custom settings,” select to accept third-party cookies (always, from the
    most visited sites or never) and to keep them for a specified period (until they expire, when you close
    Firefox or ask each time)
    – Remove specific stored cookies

Internet Explorer/Edge

  1. Open the Internet Explorer/Edge Browser
  2. Click on the Tools button and choose Internet Options
  3. Click on the Privacy tab and in the Settings section change the slider to the desired cookie action:
    – Block all cookies
    – Allow all cookies
    – Selection of sites from which to obtain cookies: move the cursor to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then press on Sites, in the Website Address box enter a website and then press on Block or Allow

Safari

  1. Open the Safari Browser
  2. Click on Safari, select Preferences and press on Privacy
  3. In the Block Cookies section, specify how Safari should accept cookies from Internet sites.
  4. To view which sites have stored cookies, click on Details

Safari iOS (mobile devices)

  1. Open the Safari iOS Browser
  2. Tap on Settings and then Safari
  3. Tap on Block Cookies and choose from the options: “Never,” “Third-party and advertisers,” or “Always”
  4. To clear all cookies stored by Safari, tap on Settings, then on Safari, and finally on Clear Cookies and Data

Opera

  1. Open the Opera Browser
  2. Click on Preferences, then on Advanced and finally on Cookies
  3. Select one of the following options:
    – Accept all cookies
    – Accept cookies only from the site you are visiting: third-party cookies and cookies that are sent from a domain
    different from the one you are visiting will be rejected
    – Never accept cookies: all cookies will never be saved
